Inspired by a lifelong passion for cooking and a deep love for her heritage, she founded Parti’s Javanese Cuisine with a mission to share the authentic flavours of Indonesia through traditional recipes and warm hospitality.

Now proudly based in the UK, Parti remains dedicated to introducing the richness of Indonesian cuisine to a wider audience. Through every dish she serves, she hopes to showcase the vibrant spices, diverse flavours, and cultural heritage that make Indonesian food truly unique, bringing a taste of home to the UK and beyond.
